Payment

Every order is paid in full before it ships.

  1. 01.1On receipt of a request, 3REE TRADER issues a proforma invoice within 24 hours, valid for 7 days from its date of issue.
  2. 01.2Orders above [OTP THRESHOLD] are verified by email and by a one-time code sent to the customer’s phone before payment is accepted.⁠Why OTPA second channel confirms the person paying is the person who asked. The threshold is set per currency and published on the proforma.
  3. 01.3Payment is 100% in advance, in the currency on the proforma, through an HBL or Meezan payment gateway. An order exists only once payment has cleared.⁠The gatewaysHBL and Meezan Bank card and account gateways. No cash, no crypto, no third-party wallets.
  4. 01.4Digital services are delivered immediately on payment and are non-refundable.
  5. 01.5Prices exclude duties, taxes and charges levied at the destination unless the proforma says otherwise.

Delivery

Goods leave the nearest warehouse in 7 to 20 business days.

  1. 02.1Physical goods ship from Baltimore (K TRADERS INC) or Lahore (3REE TRADER), whichever is nearer to the destination, within 7 to 20 business days of cleared payment.⁠Business daysMonday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the shipping country.
  2. 02.2A tracking number is issued when the goods are handed to the carrier, shown in the customer’s account and sent by email.
  3. 02.3We deliver to the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and onward worldwide. Carrier transit times are estimates.
  4. 02.4The customer is the importer of record at the destination unless the proforma names 3REE TRADER or K TRADERS INC in that role.⁠Importer of recordThe party responsible for customs declarations, duties and taxes at the destination.
  5. 02.5Risk passes to the customer when the carrier signs for the goods; title passes on cleared payment.

Protection

Damaged goods come back within 7 days, with photographs.

  1. 03.1Physical goods that arrive damaged may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the goods and the packaging go to info@3reetrader.com before the return.⁠What to photographThe outer box with its label, the inner packing, and the damage itself, in daylight.
  2. 03.2On receipt and inspection, 3REE TRADER replaces the goods or refunds the amount paid for them, through the gateway used for payment.
  3. 03.3Digital services, used goods sold as such, and goods damaged after delivery are not returnable.
